An important part of the studio’s wellness offering includes “Wellness Coaching”, also referred to as Life Coaching.   Coaching is a process that helps reconnect people with their strengths and gifts; challenges them to take responsibility for everything within their control; and then facilitates movement forward with meaningful and inspiring change.  There are times we could all benefit from the support of an unbiased and non-judgemental coach, whose only objective is to help us become the best and most authentic version of ourselves!

John Bellerby is an Adler trained Life Coach with a breadth of life experiences and a genuine compassion for his clients.  John’s strength as a coach is in helping his clients rediscover their authenticity and to make choices that reflect what matters most to them.  As a father of four, John understands the challenges associated with raising a family and the difficulty in balancing the demands that life makes of us.  John is particularly passionate in helping young people navigate this ever changing and complicated world.

If you or someone you care about might benefit from personal wellness coaching please contact John at:

I met John when I was 14 years old. I have been challenged with a physical disability for my entire life. John has helped me for over 17 years with his skills as a massage therapist and also as a life coach. John has helped me to stay focused on my strengths and gifts and to be more open to new ideas and ways of looking at life. My overall philosophy has improved greatly.
